Currently a full-time Assistant Professor at the School of Innovation and Management in Hyderabad, I translate five years of industry practice and five years of research into classrooms, labs, and FDPs. My work focuses on HR, organizational behavior, and workforce wellbeing—often toggling between Tableau, Power BI, Python, Atlas.ti, and SPSS to keep inquiry grounded in both quantitative and qualitative evidence.

I collaborate with faculty to design data-rich syllabi, guide student research, and facilitate workshops that demystify analytics tools for humanities-leaning cohorts. Seven Scopus-indexed publications (including six ABDC-ranked) reflect a commitment to rigor while staying pragmatic about application.
